Anna introduced me to kundalini in early February. What was unknown to me has become an indispensable practice. I have the pleasure of joining Anna's every morning live or in replay. I like its spontaneity and the fact that it can be practiced anywhere, under any circumstances. For those who do not yet know kundalini yoga: go there! It will change your life!
I took Kindalini yoga classes a very long time ago, and had a memory of it as some very powerful practice. I am very happy to have found Anna and her classes. My energy flow changed completely in 3-4 sessions, and I am now filled every day with positive energy, feel much more focused, productive, loving and loved. I am Anna, a KRI-Certified Kundalini Yoga teacher, I studied with International School Ik Saran Dhian in France. Originally, I’m from Russia. Now I’m living in Montpellier with my husband, son and stepdaughter.
Kundalini Yoga in my life since 2016 , continuously transforming my being. Bringing awareness, peace of mind and deep connection to myself and others.
There is no magic way to bring us closer to our true nature. It’s working, when you work it. To achieve real changes we need to develop a daily discipline to establish an aligned relationship between the body, mind, and soul.
A big global shift is happening now and we need to be prepared at all levels, no more time to wait Monday for changes. Start here and now.
I chose to serve you with this format in the respect that we are living in a busy world.
Practicing something 30 minutes per day seems so possible, that your brain is not creating stories to wait a perfect moment to start. It designed to go directly into practice - you push a button, and you are in. Restoring connection to yourself at any moment of the day. It's fun, too.
Good news, that nothing requires for you to practice Kundalini Yoga.
